Big Event - Stetson Ball

The BAC celebrates the 40th Anniversary of the Big Event on April 2, 2022! 

Dude up in your best “Texas chic” attire and ride on into the Stetson Ball.  A catered dinner by Olaf’s chef will precede a dance with music by Judge B. and the Belvidere Dabsters.  Brian Barrett has assembled a full-piece country music dance band to play your classic country favorites with some great rock tunes as well.

Hospitality begins at 6 p.m., with chances to win drawings for designer items, merchandise, and art.  A special attraction this year will be the Chuckwagon Silent Auction, with one of a kind items: Virginia Richards’ delicious pralines, one dozen cupcakes infused with alcohol available every other month for a year from Betty Murdoch, a surprise dessert by Bryan Davis, barbeque by Larry & Micki Tigner, as well as select jewelry and merchandise.

Call the BAC to see if reservations for Saturday’s sponsor night are still available.  Sponsorships are $500 and $250 per person.
