February 2022

After retirement Marvin Grelle decided he needed something to keep himself busy. Marvin always had a love for photography and decided now was the time to pursue this activity. He had always had the ability to see photos in his head before taking them, so he read, studied and upgraded his equipment. Once comfortable in his knowledge, he set out to pursue some of his favorite interests which included wildlife photography, landscape photography and astrophotography. One of his most popular photographs is a photo of the Milky Way with Our Saviors Lutheran Church in the foreground. The photo itself was taken at 1:30 a.m. on the church’s 150th anniversary celebration.

Grelle is a member of the BAC Photography Guild and has displayed his work at Clifton Medical Clinic. You may see Marvin’s unique display in the Atrium gallery, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and at other times during BAC events. Don’t miss Marvin Grelle’s special photography exhibit during the month of February in the Atrium Gallery.
