Lisa Wingate Luncheon & Book Signing

Back at the Bosque Arts Center is our very own Lisa Wingate, making a stop on her national book tour for her new release, Before We Were Yours.  Wingate will be on hand Thursday, June 22, for a special book signing and lunch event.  The event begins at 11:30 with the meal, a short address by Wingate, and then an opportunity to purchase her new title and meet the author for a book signing.  Tickets are $35, with reservations required.

Wingate’s new book, a fictionalized account, brings to life one of America’s most notorious real-life scandals, the Memphis-based Tennessee Children’s Home Society (TCHS), its ruthless director Georgia Tann, and the kidnapping and sale of poor children to wealthy families all over the country.
