Scholarships to College-Bound Seniors

The Bosque Arts Center awarded four scholarships to graduating seniors in our area. We wish these students well as they move onward in life.

$1,000.00 Scholarships

Kaylee Mullens, Clifton HS: Attending Tarleton State University in Stephenville to study Pediatric Nursing

Sophia Ritzmann, Clifton HS (Valedictorian): Attending Texas A& M for a business degree

Dacey Patrick, Cranfills Gap HS: Will be attending University of Mary Hardin Baylor to pursue an education degree

Dustin Padgett, Meridian HS: Attending TSTC in Waco for welding

Haley Tarver, Cranfills Gap HS: Will be attending Angelo State University to study pediatric nursing

The BAC’s Bosque Civic Music Association presented four Steve Watson Scholarships to graduating Bosque County seniors in May. Two Meridian students, Ellie Baker and Noah Smith, were presented scholarships during the Band Banquet on May 7. Both students have performed numerous times at the BAC. On May 12, two Clifton graduating seniors, Sophia Ritzman and Jacob Humphries, were presented scholarships at the Senior Awards Banquet. Congratulations to these outstanding students.~BD
