Join us for a great time at this year’s Big Event. Dress up as your favorite historical figure, or don some patriotic red, white, and blue to celebrate the 250^th year of our great nation and the BAC’s 44^th year of supporting the arts in Central Texas.

Friday, April 10 – Bingos, Burgers & Big Bucks: Get ready for a fun night of bingo and delicious hamburgers with great jackpots.  The burger dinner is $20 and reservations may be made on our website, by returning your invitation’s reply card, or by calling the BAC.

Saturday, April 11 – Let Freedom Ring: We’ll have a gourmet combination that night, with dinner catered by Olaf’s and the new Four Forks (Adam Willmann, Rustin Qualls, Rich Douglas, and Ross Argo). The Forks will grill steaks to accompany delicious sides catered by Olaf’s: salad, scalloped potatoes, green beans, and bourbon pecan cobbler with ice cream for dessert.

Saturday also features the return of a brief live auction, featuring original art by CAA members Chad Poppleton, Dave Santillanes, Brandon Bailey, and Dustin Payne. Acclaimed sculptor Joshua Tobey has also contributed work to the auction,

We’ll have live entertainment--The Three Troubadours, made up of Phillip Wildman, Brian Barrett, and 2025 Troubadour winner Kenney Davenport.

The evening will also include a silent auction and drawings with a variety of items, in addition to the two big raffle drawings for the 50/50 pot and a Bergara BXR .22 rifle. Tickets for those raffles will be available for purchase that weekend or at the BAC office and the March bingo night.

Sponsor tickets are now on sale: John Adams - $500 each; Thomas Jefferson - $250. Betsy Ross (non-sponsor) tickets are $175. All are listed on our tickets page.
