A few spots remain for the Steve Atkinson two-day outdoor sketching workshop in Clifton, TX. Join Steve as he blends two of the best things in life - drawing and being in nature. If you’re a representational artist, aspire to be, or simply want to reconnect with your love of creating, then this gathering of like-minded people is for you.
On Saturday-Sunday, October 18-19, Steve will share his fun sketchbook tips and techniques for drawing everyday objects that are all around you, so you can look back at a snapshot of your own life’s story. There is just no better way to improve your art skills than sketching on location. This class is for artists of all skill levels, so no need to stress about being good enough to sign up.
Among Steve’s many honors: Winner of the Phippen Foundation Award as well as the 2021 Phippen winner for Best Body of Work, First in Watercolor, and First in Drawing. Winner of Jones Award in the 2007 Bosque Art Classic.
