Saturday Night Fever

April 5-6

Make your reservations soon for Big Event weekend on April 5-6.

This year’s theme is Saturday Night Fever, for we are celebrating the 42nd annual FUNdraiser with the fabulous Bee Gees tribute band, Bee Gees Now.

FRIDAY, APRIL 5 - GAMBLING FEVER

7 P.M. - 10 P.M. GAMING

10 P.M. DRAWINGS FOR PRIZES

Tickets for Friday’s Gambling Fever Casino night are $50 (BYOB but snacks and drink setups are complimentary).

Casino night returns with Hold’em, craps, slots, roulette, and blackjack.  Your $50 admission buys funny funds for gaming from 7 - 10 p.m. and the chance to purchase more chips if you run out.  At 10, purchase chances with your winnings for drawings of great prizes. BYOB.  Royal Pizza will deliver at 7:30 that evening, but orders must be called in by 5 p.m. 

SATURDAY, APRIL 6 - SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER

Saturday Night Fever has two ways you can attend.

$250 or $500:  Sponsor Party, which includes dinner, drinks, & VIP concert seating…5 p.m. to around 9:30 p.m. 

$35 or $75:  Concert Only Tickets.  Doors open at 7 p.m. with drinks available for purchase in the Atrium.  Concert begins at 8 p.m.

Sponsor party festivities kick off at 5 p.m. in the Tin Building Theatre with drinks and an opportunity to purchase tickets for drawings and bid on silent auction items.  Dinner is set for 6:15.  Brian Barrett will provide music and Bryan Davis will serve as MC for the evening, which will include the presentation of the Spieler Lifetime Achievement Award.

The incredible Bee Gees Now tribute band will take the stage in Frazier Performance Hall at 8 p.m.

Sponsor tickets ($500 - Staying Alive or $250 - Night Fever) include complimentary drinks for the evening, dinner, and VIP concert seating. Concert-only attendees may purchase drinks in the atrium when doors open at 7 p.m.

Tickets for the weekend may be purchased online or by phone.

Join us whenever and however you can.  If you’re not able to attend but would like to make a donation to the fundraiser, simply return the donation card from your invitation or donate online on our Support the Arts page and list Big Event in the notes. You can also make a donation in honor or memory of someone.
