38th Annual Bosque Art Classic

POSTED: Friday, July 14, 2023

The tradition of excellence continues at the Bosque Arts Center with its 38th Annual Bosque Art Classic in September.  The BAC Art Council will unveil over 200 pieces of art at the opening night sale and awards dinner on Saturday, September 9, at 6:30 p.m.

Seth Hopkins served as juror/judge for this year’s Classic. Executive director of the Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville, Georgia, Hopkins has guided its growth to becoming the largest permanent exhibition space for Western art in the country.   Having curated or co-curated almost 100 exhibitions, Hopkins was listed on Southwestern Art magazine’s list of ten prominent people “making noteworthy contributions to the art world.”

Tickets for opening night may be purchased for $65 beginning in mid-August on our website or by phone at 254.675.3724.  The exhibition continues free to the public September 10-23 during the hours listed below.

After the opening weekend sale, remaining pieces may also be purchased online Monday, September 11, through Saturday, September 23.
