Books on the Bosque Saturday Conference
POSTED: Monday, October 10, 2022
On Saturday, November 12, our feature speaker will be Nancy Robinson Masters, who has been inspiring readers, writers, and dreamers for decades. Nancy is the author of over 50 books, including award-winning books for children. She has published more than 3,000 feature articles in a variety of publications and was a long-time newspaper columnist. An author, pilot, and exciting motivational speaker, Nancy’s love for her country and her passion for reading and writing is infectious.
Nancy will lead a writing workshop beginning at 10 a.m., when she will provide practical, proven tips and techniques to make your writing soar. After lunch and the contest awards ceremony, Nancy will share anecdotes and thoughts with her signature warmth, wit, and “down home” style guaranteed to entertain and inspire listeners of all ages. The afternoon will feature a session for those interested in pursuing self-publishing.
If you love reading or writing, want to publish something, or simply want to share ideas with other readers and writers: Join us for a day devoted to the written word. Come to any or all Saturday sessions for the admission fee of $20.
Lunch will be available for purchase—more details to come. Books for various ages will also be available. Find an early Christmas gift at Books on the Bosque.
