Summer Camps 2022

Summer will be here before you know it and kids will be ready for the fun of summer camps.

This year Imagination Factory will be held June 20 through 23. Camp begins at 8 a.m. with fun activities until the first classroom activity begins at 9 a.m. Campers can come anytime during that first hour and join in the fun when they get here. Camp ends at 4 p.m. each day. Camp fee is $90 per camper. Campers must have completed 1st through 5th grade. A short program will be held Thursday afternoon beginning at 3 p.m. with a reception following. Please contact the BAC with questions or to get your child on the list; registration forms are available below.

Additional camps this summer include Sewing Camp June 28-30, Music Camp in July (date to be determined), Cursive Writing Camp July 6-8, and Master Chef Jr. Camp August 1 – 5. Participation is limited in each camp, so make your plans early for kids to attend.

Imagination Factory
June 20-23
9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Program at 3 p.m. on Thursday)

Sewing Camp
June 28-30
9 a.m. - Noon

Our favorite seamstress Ann Parkin has agreed to come back and conduct our Sewing Camp June 28-30. Morning camp runs 9 a.m. to noon; afternoon camp is 1:30-4:30. If the camp fills up, we will consider adding a second afternoon class on the same dates. Camp is $20 per child for boys and girls age 10 and up.

Cursive Writing Camp
July 6-8
9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

New to the camp lineup this year is Cursive Writing Camp. Today, cursive writing is viewed as a dinosaur in our public schools, so we arranged with Donna Jarman, a certified cursive writing instructor, to present a fun-filled three days of learning. Camp is Wednesday through Friday, July 6-8. The fee is $50 per student which includes supplies. Students will need to bring their lunch, a morning snack and prepare to write.
