Atrium Gallery: Barbara Moore

Barbara Moore is our featured artist in the Atrium Gallery for the month of May.

Barbara is currently President of the Bosque Art Center art club and also serves on the BAC Board of Directors.

Her favored medium is watercolor. She considers herself new to the art scene as she only began painting after retirement from the nursing profession. However, she has successfully co-led two beginner watercolor workshops here in Clifton - and the participants have always asked for more!

Barbara’s primary influences have been her artist sister, Nita Sue Kent, Georgia O'Keeffe, and Laurin McCracken, a realist watercolorist. (in fact, the painting of bottles in this exhibit was done under Laurin’s direction.)

You may see Barbara’s works at the Atrium Gallery 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and during BAC events held at other times. Be sure to drop by during the month of May and enjoy viewing her exhibit.
