Big Event Weekend

We are all set for a fun Big Event weekend on April 9-10, with Casino Night on Friday and a dinner and dance sponsor party on Saturday night with music by Brian Barrett and Serengeti.  The e-BAC online auction, filled with terrific items which include parties, jewelry, and art, will take place March 29 through April 8, 2021.  New this year will be a drawing for a rifle and ammunition. Only 300 chances will be sold, at the price of $50 each or 3 for $100. Purchase yours before they’re gone!  

Friday’s Casino Night features gaming from 7 to 10 p.m.   The $50-per-person ticket buys $1000 worth of funny funds and more may be purchased throughout the evening.  Games include blackjack, Texas Hold ‘Em, slots, craps, and roulette.  Participants play as long as they like, then cash in chips for chances to place in drawings for various prizes.  The come-and-go event is BYOB with complimentary chips available, and attendees need not be present to win in the prize drawings.  Games will be run by Elite Casino Events of Dallas, TX.

Saturday will be an exclusive event with only sponsor seating available.  Brian Barrett’s Nashville band, Serengeti, will provide the tunes for a festive evening of drinks, dinner, dancing, and socializing.  Chances will be sold for more to-die-for prizes in drawings on Saturday night. 

Some items available in the drawings and online auction include a 65-inch HDTV, stunning photography by Vickie Mitchell and Marvin Grelle, unique outings and parties, as well as original art by Martin Grelle, Kathy Tate, Jean Olliver, David Prescott, Lloyd Voges, and George Boutwell.
