Bosque Garden Club

The Bosque County Garden Club meets the third Monday of each month at 5pm, at the Arts Center, and there is never a dull moment. Invited speakers, field trips, and seed/plant and gardening gadget exchanges are the focus of our casual meetings. Join us to learn about gardening in Bosque County, sustainable practices in and around the home, keyhole gardening, and rainwater collection; we'd love to have you.

Join us, the Bosque County Garden Club, for the first of many fun learning experiences in the new 2012 year, when we visit Clyde and Linda Herzog's retirement retreat. Their pride and joy for the past four years has been building their own log cabin. They are only 50% finished but are willing to show us some interesting features they've incorporated in the design; an outside fire box for one. The cabin is in Meridian so we will carpool from the stone structure out back of the Bosque Arts Center; leaving promptly at 4:45 pm on January 16th. As usual, no dues, no membership, no roll call, just hard core curiosity and fun.
